hi Gary and community,
my name is Mark and a part owner of a 2007 Z4 in metallic blue and is a 2.5i.
we bought it very recently and both think the look of the Z4 is great and definitely gets many looks.
unfortunately we have already come across some problems with front shocks need replacing and been told rear diff is no good.
bill is £2800 so are going to look for a second hand diff.
any advice would be appreciated and thanks for setting up and running this site and community.

Hi and welcome, Surprised about the diff! Is the car very high mileage? Even if it is (mine has now done 118k) I think it's unusual to have a problem with the diff. I would get a second opinion. I know a reliable BMW specialist garage near Derby.I have heard of owners being told the diff was no good only to find out that infact the problem was a noisey wheel bearing.

Is 98000.
Last owner was told wheel bearing.
So 2nd opinion is looking like the next option.
