Hi all, new Z3 owner, just purchased a 2001 2.2.
Only had her a couple of days and already puts a big smile on my face whenever I drive.
Needs a few bits done, Slow windows, clear up the head lights and maybe Vanos(not sure about this though) seems a bit sluggish in first/second.
Noting major just yet () Any thing else I need to look out for, cooling system and suspension were sorted before I bought her so that should last a while.

Hi and welcome from me too near Lincoln. Slow windows is usually a very easy fix. Just lower the window and spray the guide rubbers liberally with Silicone Spray (not grease, of any kind). Raise the glass and repeat 2 or 3 times. You'll be amazed at the difference. Where are you located please?
