No more heat

Hi guys, I have hot air coming out of foot vents all the time no matter what the selection of temperature or air duct vent. I live in Greece believe me it’s hot enough
The main problem is that it even blows hot air even though heating and air conditioning is set to 0 can anyone offer some knowledge on the topic, I’d really appreciate it

First of all is the air con actually working

Checked for leaks and refilled Freon recently maybe 3 months ago

It sounds like the Bowden cable may not be working and its stuck on hot, when you move the temp dial can you feel any resistance

No nothing I think the two other vents wind shield and center vents are ok
I think as you said maybe the b cable isn’t closing the vent.
What strike me as odd is the difference in tepm

There is hot water going through the heater matrix constantly and the only way you stop the heat from coming through is to block the airflow through the heater box. As Sean says it does sound as though the cable isn't operating the flap which stops the airflow to the car floor.
