Well I know there is a few people on here from the northeast area, so does any one fancy a run out some where on Monday... Lots of good roads to explore... Who is up for it???

Might stick the hard top on and come try yours. Silver on a black car and black on a silver car ha. Gona reverse into the garage and try this winch out too...

Haha I am sure it will be fine , it only a little rain man , I am actually pleased as I just resealed the soft top yesterday

Well like I said yesterday I'm working but finish at 4 not a cloud in the sky here little ray is with me going for a run when finished

Are they 18 inch mech quite fancy set of them for mine at some point they will look great on your zed

The rolling radius of a set of 17's is the same as tbe 18's no bigger overall it will be just the offsets but there should be no issue you may still need spacers for the rear if its a pre facelift 2.8

Would agree just worked out the overall height of a 225/55/16 to a 225/40/18 the 18 inch wheel and tyre assembly is 1.6 cm taller so negligible difference

I can be over in Sunderland for 10am and support with the spring fitting if you would like. Start the run when finished. I normally head up the A68 and use the North Pennine roads. Do you have a favourite run in mind? I know the main roads around Sunderland but not so good with the minor (more interesting) routes.

Sounds like a great plan..... Sorry @roadvoyager1 i never got back to you but I been busy doing stuff to the car... I am deffo up for a trek out........ :rally:You will be the one that has the map I will just follow :thumbsup:
