Wanted O/S/R light unit

A bit of an unusual request, I'm looking for an o/s/r light unit for a 2003 E85 Z4 from a LHD car which has the reversing light where the rear fog light is on a RHD car. If anyone has one I'd like to hear please. Maybe it's something that I might be able to source in the USA.
