Obc not working

Hi I’m new to owning a z3 forgive me if I’m repeating previous threads that I have not read.
The obc doesn’t show anything at all !
The old owner put a new battery on the car
I’ve tried disconnecting the battery for 15 mins and then re connecting it and turning the key to position 1 for 15 mins.
This initially works and you get full use of the obc.
But when you turn the car off and leave it for let’s say 15 mins when you turn it back on it’s blank again ?

Welcome on the forum, my 1.9 did not have the OBC so I do not have any personal experience of using one but I just did a quick search on the forum and came up with this, I hope it might be of some help?

Did you ever get your OBC to work? I have a similar problem on a new to me Z3 1999 2.8 with only 67000 km Does not appear to be the fuse but I suspect it is something very simple.
