Hi guys best tool to undo oil filter case thanks

Hi - presume you have the cup type top if so, I use a 76mm 14 flute cup wrench - you can get them in Halfords. They require a 3/8" square drive. You can also use a strap wrench.

Your replacement filter kit should include the 2 small O rings for the spindle end.
