Passenger side window not working (relay clicking)

Hi,

The passenger's side window stopped working completely. Lately it started working
intermittently but now its dead. Driver's side window works fine.

The switch contacts are working fine and the windows button LED has power.
When I press the up/down button I can hear relay clicking somewhere under the glove box.
There are no sounds coming from the window motor at all. No signs of binding or the motor
even trying to start. Fuse #14 is fine.

Few months ago I removed both panels to fix the door locks and at the
same time I replaced all the plastic sliders and re-greased everything.
The windows were working very smoothly.

Any ideas where to start?

Thanks!

I think it sounds like door cards off again and check that you have power to the motor. Also that all the wires are ok.

That's what I want to avoid...
I remember that all the cables were properly in position.
Is it possible that the window relay which is clicking, is not actually working as it should?

It appears from the circuit diagram that there is only one relay,( K78 which is in the left footwell behind the trim) so if the drivers side is ok, then the relay looks as if its working.

Hmmm, so it looks like that I have to remove the door panel...
I'll do it tomorrow. Thanks.

Before you remove the door panel, do you have “power probe” tool? If you do you could remove the plug from the switch and apply 12v to the up/down feed cable and see if it works.

The plug that clips to the console switch has 4 wires. Which pair do I use to apply 12volts
and open the window for example? Do you know?
Thanks!

The thing is that I have already checked the switch.
When I press the up or down button I get continuity between the wires
and when I switch on lights, the button LED lights up as well.

Does the button interrupts the 12V line when not pressed?
In the diagram it says "HOT AT ALL TIMES"

Ok, today the window decided to work again. Smooth as new...

The previous week was very hot here in Greece and it was then that it stopped working.
Today and yesterday the temperature dropped quite a lot. It looks like it has something
to do with temperature.

Is that a clue on were to look at?
