That will make things a lot easier in stead of waiting for them to upload

And for the IT inept, how would one do that and is it easier/quicker than the normal method? :nailbiting:

Drag and drop has been available since we switched to this forum software, pretty sure I'd mentioned it before though. However, for those that didn't know, you can drag 'n drop images from your computer straight in to the reply box and it will upload/resize and embed as usual. This only works in a laptop/desktop browser though.

OK, the above photos came from my file on my PC, hang in there, I am still playing with it and just had a chat with Gaz about it, he said:
Not dependant on anything particularly, some web browsers react differently though. Should be good on both PC and MAc

Please note - it can take a few moments before anything appears to happen. You may see some cue dots in the top right hand corner of the screen. Your images will then appear where they normally do.

Just be patient

Right, what I do is the following (if you are using Windows)

Open the file you want to upload from but you can also do it when you rip from the web.
Right click on the image and drag it to your new post.
You may or may not get the option to go full image or thumb nail I have found.

Hope this helps.....
