previous owner - DR59DEC

Hi all

so my orange 3 wheeler has no documents with it. Is the previous owner on here possibly? The car's reg was DR59DEC which is a private plate I think, as it's original assigned number is different. I'll pay for the book pack, locking wheel nut and service history as it will obviously save me a fair bit of hassle replacing all that.

do you not get a log book (V5)? that shows previous owners name and address?

Worth writing to them..

Log books don't have that information any more (GDPR).
