Now I have your attention, I would like to ask people to be a bit more considerate and stop dragging important threads off topic please. I've had to lock Pauls Euro 2016 event thread because I think more than half of the posts are completely irrelevant to the discussion. It's going to take me ages to moderate and sort it out.
There has also been quite a bit of this happening in technical threads as well, which makes it frustrating for not only the person requesting help - but also those revisiting a thread later on.
So, please can you keep the chatter out of the Event and Technical threads? If you have something relevant to say then please reply to the threads, but the off topic stuff needs to be kept to a minimum.
There are plenty of threads and sections on the forum where you can talk about whatever you want without any issues. Just look at the thread, and the section it's posted in before replying please.

. Only joking, there isn't really anyone specifically who is taking the pee - but it doesn't take too much for a thread to go badly off topic. I understand you are all having a great time posting, and I don't want to take that fun away. Just need you to chat away to your hearts content in the relevant places
