Quarter Panel Skirt Sagging

Currently my wheel housing liner is holding the quarter panel loosely in place… from the pictures on this forum, it appears there is a fastener where lower panel meets upper panel.

Anyone have suggestions on finding these or how best to access? Looks like it slides into slot?

Found a body trim clip #51128399166 that appears to be the fastener.

Just curious if you needed any tracking adjustment after replacing just the one ball joint? I replaced both arms and it threw my tracking totally out of whack. Would be an argument for replacing just the ball joint, if it saves the job of realigning afterwards.
