Radio Code Entry

I recently had my battery die. Now my radio just turns on and shows an SN of V1213;68 not sure how to get to a place to enter the code, and I have no idea why there's a semicolon in my SN. Any ideas?

If you have the original radio, your BMW main dealer should be able to help. That is how I found mine about 10 years ago. If it is an aftermarket radio, buy another one.
