Recommend oil?

I've seen this question asked and answered on many sites but never paid any attention to what was said. I'm putting the car in to be serviced and want to specify the oil to use....what is best for a 2004 3.0?

hi mine is 2l straight 6 i flushed it through ( 2000 mls with fully synthetic 5/30 ( witch i think is ok to run all the time especially in the winter now i run full synthetic 5/40 ...i think both ok also 2 new filters is good.

I used Castrol Edge fully synthetic oil in my first Zed. It's good stuff unless you have an oil leak, in which case it comes out of the engine all over the place.

Since @oilman Opie oils joined the forum I've always called them for their advice and recommendations and bought from them. Very good service so far .
