Refurbishing trailing arms on 2002 3.0

Hi all, I'm planning of tidying up the underside of my 2002 3.0 Z3 as the trailing arms and cross member etc are showing the usual signs of corrosion and also the bushes are due for replacement. My plan is to remove and shot blast the arms and then re-powder coat them and fit with powerflex bushes when reinstalling. However, having given this some thought, Ive been looking at purchasing a pair of used trailing arms off e-bay which I can refurb (at leisure) and then simply swap for the arms currently fitted to the car which I can then sell on. Does anybody know if trailing arms fitted to all wide body Z3's are interchangeable?
When advertised, they simply say 'from wide body' rather than state a model and year.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am sure one of the breakers on the forum can supply these , with the full knowledge of the donor car.

According to Real OEM (online parts database), they are interchangeable with other Z3s. Must admit this does surprise me a little.

There is a zed missing from that list the m43 which is a face lift model like my dakar is there but no mention of the m44 which is the pre facelift narrow body 1.9 ?????

Thanks for the help guys. I'm also surprised there appears to be no difference which was why I posted for advise in the first place. Based on that, I think I'll take a punt and order a pair.

And by the looks of it ///M trailing arms have a different part number 33322227967 for the left and 33322227968 for the right.
Correct, the M Roadster and M Coupe were not originally called Z3s by BMW.

Also, don't pay much for them .they don't break so they never need replacing therefore should be dirt cheap second hand.

Of you can get the beam thrown in too then winner winner

I'll be watching with interest as I am planning on doing exactly the same and also getting the beam powder coated.
