Remote Locking/Alarm issues and Battery draining

I'm having an issue where I can't use the remote central locking as it just sets the alarm off. Then it's almost impossible to stop it from going off.

Any ideas?

Also, the battery drains within two weeks without using it and I have no idea what's causing it. Again, anyone had anything similar?
