Hey, new to forum with "birth" of my second Bimmer, a baby BMW M Roadster Z3.

This is my second BMW, so I have a problem with the brand. I own a 2018 G30/M550i (Bluestone Metallic w/Lux Package) which is the complete opposite of the Z3. I love them both for what they are. I'm an avid Boilermaker, so I'm used to struggling with taking easy way... BoilerUp

My Estirol Blue (In/Out) Z3 M Roadster is loaded for the day, with OEM Hard/Soft Top, CD Change (yeah baby), Harmon Kardon Spkrs,Tonneau Cover, Heated Seats, Fluid nozzles, Hydraulic Roof, M Leather Wheel, Nappa Blue Seats, Power Seats, Cruise etc... S52 Motor (by choice) and Green Stripe Windscreen (?) The seats have roll hoops, which I think they all do, but was listed as option, along with limited slip differential and manual 5sp.

Loving this #56 of 100 made, and really just cannot get over the look of the flared fenders and deep set wheels. It's really a looker.

I'm a tinkerer, and have already done the following... Cleaned the cardboard pieces from firewall well (sneaky varmit) and dogfood from air cleaner box, cleaned the OEM window stickers of the dash and windshield. Installed new door handle gaskets, gear shift knob to weighted shorty and the antennae grommet (sneaky tip to share). I have the following list of things to do.. as my car has 70K New Oil/Filter, Tranny Oil, Brake Fluid, Brake Rotors/Pads (kit in garage) install new glove box brackets (in garage) and seat bushings (in garage). After the previous tinker things are done, I'll change differential fluid, fuel filter and plugs.

Looking forward to learning from site membership...

Thanks… it will likely end up full resto, but my marriage is worth more than car. Brakes changed last night. Sensor connector blew up BTW.

My list is nearly done. I have installed Slotted brakes and painted calipers blue…. Tranny Oil Changed…. Oil/Filters changed (noticed temperature lower now). Installed PPF on bonnet… Chitty is running and looking swell.
