Hi all. We're onto Zed no. 3 in the guise of a stunning Ruby Black E86, as my daily car. Unfortunately this has meant that my cherished Green E85 is now up for sale.

Have recently moved to Nottingham so was wondering what are some of your favourite roads / routes in the Midlands for fun drives?
I've enjoyed the B6047 from Melton to Market Harborough (Midlands Tick?).
Am hoping to join some of you lovely folks for the Torksey Lock Cruise event in September.

Regards
Rick

I hear you about the 108s.
These are BBS LM reps, although not split rims. Plan is to refurb them in a v subtle gold, once I've have got the paintwork sorted and saved a few pennies. Should look amazing with the Ruby Black and extended champagne interior

Personally I love the 108s, being a split rim gives you opportunity to do all sorts with various colours when doing a refurb. A big bonus, for me, is that they're easier to clean than most other rims.

Welcome to the forum. Lovely looking coupe.

Perhaps in the market for an E86 myself.

Went and saw one today.
