Used the heat shrink method on the passenger side, and I'm very pleased with the result. Much easier than breaking down the entire seat, and I have to do that soon to fix the broken heating element on the drivers side seat base, just didn't want to do it twice. :D

If anyone is interested, I used 25mm heat shrink.

Didn't you fancy Barry Southernboys method
How do these break are you removing the seat belt a lot or do they just snap?

I don't know, it was broken by the previous owner, but there are thousands of threads about them breaking and how it's a design fault.

I don't know the method you mention, is it the velcro method?
