Seat bush help

Hi.
My drivers seat when I brake hard and then pull way again moves.
Just wondered if anyone in the Hertfordshire area could help out and fix it if they have done them before.
Obviously I need to get the part needed and seek advice on which bit I need.
Anyone that could help out in the future would be so gratefull.

If you click on the link in my signiture you can order a set of bushes to repair your seats and as Mike has quoted the link to the instructions above maybe there is grounds for another seat bush workshop that @GazHyde organised a while ago however with a little knowledge and spanner aptitude it isn't really a difficult task.

I will sort out purchase of bushes its only the drivers seat with slight movement back and forth on hard braking.
I won't be fitting myself Stacy has come to the rescue as always and will sort getting them fitted for me.

Come over to Aylesbury on the 6th Feb we wil get them done
