Mounting bolt loose, frame or mounting point cracked?

Mine does this sometimes but the squeak comes from the seat back, not investigated yet.

Just check all bolts are tight and there no cracks in seat frame or where seat frame attaches to the car floor.

I have m seats in my 2.8 and I had a squeak not sure if this was the cure, I removed the seats to do the bushes as I had a very slight rocking movement but I found the bushes to be as new, when I looked further I found movement on the 2 hooks from the frame to the seat, the gap was about 1.5mm. I filled it with a nylon applicator this stopped the rocking and squeak
There are supposed to be 2 nylon clips in there which are presumably to stop the squeaking.
Really, I never knew that

Is it necessary to disassemble the seat?
Yes, seat out and base off, you don't need to disturb any of the leather

The sound comes from below seat belt extender!...
