Secondary air pump issue!

First it was be whistled and now does not working!
Small relay is okay!

What is issue?

Engine is S50...

The pump motor is fubar. Take it off and bin it and blank the port off on the cylinder head.

I stripped the pump off my Z3 and replaced the bearings but it didn't last long before they failed again.
Why do you want to keep the pump? It was only ever fitted for the American market, my Z3 emissions were just as good if not better without it.

If mine fails I will be junking it and put a blanking plate there a lot cheaper option for something unnecessary.

Well if you can’t fix yours. On the tunersport site I copied the part number and the result in the second link but you will need to check with the seller if it’s the correct item.
