Endoscopes can be very useful bit's of kit when you need to be able to see "inside" something ie. down an engine cylinder or in side a manifold etc. They are getting less expensive these days and there are options.
My new toy came in the post today, a 2m long endoscope which you use through your smartphone. Going to have a look at my roof motor at the weekend, or at least where it lives. I'm impressed for £9.99

Oh, it would the lens is only 8mm Dia. with 6 bright white LED's surrounding it. It's the f******g batteries that would hamper the insertion ...........
