Yesterday saw the "Games Room" get some TLC. 4 new strip light tubes so that they all are the same colour again.
A set of new points in the "Soft" darts, this is a regular thing.
Lastly check all the pool cues have tips still attached, and for once, they all have.
The only thing missing/ broken is the "bridge". Need to find a game room supplies store.

Today was an expensive day. Roof cleaning required by the HOA. Up early to water the shrubs and grass near to the walls where the run off falls to the ground. This is to prevent the chemicals they use from harming the planting.
It took the 2 guys just over 2 hours to complete the job. Not bad pay at $550.
and that's after a discount too.
But, it does look a lot better with several years of pollen washed off.

Yesterday was another expensive day. A/C company came to service the system. Refrigerant needed toping up, a component in the outside unit only just up to spec. plus labour, $550 thank you very much.
Another geezer giving a quote to repaint the exterior (waiting for this).
I took the extractor fan covers down in the bathrooms (4) to clean them.
Took curtains down in 2nd. Master bedroom so Shirl could hang new ones.

It's a very fine net. You wouldn't want glass with temps in high 80s and 90s later in the week.
