Spacers ...... again

As a matter of interest really, can you get wheel spaces that enable you to use wheels with different bolt patterns?

It seems we are only able to fit BMW wheels or BMW pattern wheels so does anyone make "wheel spacer / adapters" ?

I think you can get these but they're more expensive.
