I smelt some slight burning oil smell so had the plastic cover off and noticed that at the last cylinder coil pack (one by the bulkhead) a bit of oil was present and I assume making its way onto the exhaust manifold.

The plug felt tight when I removed it (I torqued them to 25nm when fitted last year).
There was a very small amount of oil on the outer of the coil.

This is the plug itself:

Is the burn ok?
I read on Pelican parts notes on changing plugs that the oil leak could be from the gasket and not necessarily the plug?

More likely the gasket, when was it last changed?

It's an easy job to do on the M52, I've done a step by step in my build thread

Yes easy to do. The rubber gasket gets brittle and starts to weep. One gasket around the outside of the cover and a small one around each plug hole.worthwhile changing the rubbers on the cover bolts as well.
