after over two years of me having to put up with that bloody awful megane..(that if im honest if i'd have ditched it i'd have left it their to rot)...my better half decided that she wanted something a bit more fun...so when i got home from work tonight she had a nice little surprise for me

i'll be honest...i love it...its got character..nippy..and the top comes down
its got the body pack on with the chrome pack as well and half leather seats......just need a good mini forum now to find out how i can mess with it

Can't knock the MINI at all, had mine for nearly 18 months and it's a fantastic drive and cheap to run car. :-bd

Best of all if you open the bonnet and look you will find a badge which says "Built by BMW". Built exceptionally well by BMW in my opinion. Shame I have the French agricultural diesel engined version.

We had a mini 1000 in 1992, which I suped up, by increasing the horsepower of the engine from 40bhp to 105. Unfortunately the camshaft was so wild, it was a devil of a job to keep it in tune, #:-s besides which, our 5 year old was always car sick in it! ~x(
It was an impressive looking little car in Metallic Air Force Blue, with a matching eagle emblazoned on the sun roof. ^^

Love it my daughter left her mini here for a week when she went on holiday recently, it's not the Cooper but it was nippy and so much fun to drive.

Loved the retro interior and it was like driving a go cart... good choice
