US rear license plate panel

Qustion for those of you who have fitted one? Real OEM list different part numbers for pre and post facelift but are they actually different? I've located one from a pre facelift and the bumper profile looks the same as my post.

I've got one fitted, but it's on an Aero bumper. I cut the bottom off or it wouldn't fit the profile of mine and I think it looks better if you just running a standard height plate. I'm pretty sure all rear bumpers are the same so I can't see why it won't fit. I've only ever seen one other UK car with one fitted which was @yalden but again his was on an Aero bumper.

Thanks, yes I remember yalden's and I've seen one on a Topaz in a photo from the Malvern cruise with a square plate.

I can't imagine there's any difference in the bumpers to be honest as BMW weren't spending much on R&D on the Z3 as it was close to the end of the line.

I'm also thinking cut it down as the square plate will fit over the swaige line that runs along the bottom of the bumper.

The items I was referring to were bumpers but did have the US plate holder. I know the seller for a different reason.

Thought it must be. I meant that I bet a £5 that it was that seller. I saw the items recently as spending time there building a kit based upon a Z3. You could certainly ask about Zorg discount. Worst you’ll get is a resounding no
