The UK seems to have gone 'Halloween mad' recently. I blame you lot (the US).
When I was a kid no-one made much noise about halloween. It was just kids wandering around the streets begging for sweets TBH.

i miss the Halloween block tricks when i basic training with military, it was more about who got the biggest room tip from the corporal for being crow bags, and some of the ''made up'' sweets (candy) ((soggy biscuit))
