I am considering changing my Z3 1.9 118 hp for a Z4, which engine is recommended i.e 2.0,2.2,2.5, thanks
Only ever been in one and that was a 3.0l, I wouldn't consider anything other then that but then I wouldn't consider a Z4I am considering changing my Z3 1.9 118 hp for a Z4, which engine is recommended i.e 2.0,2.2,2.5, thanks
I should think that as the E85 Z4 followed the Z3 logically speaking it should be a more technically competent car. Manufacturers rarely make a car that is worse than the last. That aside, personal choice. Thanks for the info, just looking for a bit more power the 2.5 sounds about right. I prefer the shape of the Z3 particularly my facelift widebody, love the flared arches. Are Z3's better than an earlier Z4 or is it a matter of personal choice?
Stop it.Depends what you want a car for really. For an every day use (like me) it would be a Z4 every time.

I stand corrected, new to this 4 business ask me one on Green keepingMine doesn't have folding mirrors and I had to add Cruise steering wheel audio controls.

Not sure about that. My 2006, 2.5si had a 6 speed box... One thing that people have not mentioned is the 2.5 only has a 5 speed box...
Z3 is better! (Disclaimer: though there are other opinions that should be considered )Thanks for the info, just looking for a bit more power the 2.5 sounds about right. Could it be the pre facelift cars that only came with the 5 speed box?Not sure about that. My 2006, 2.5si had a 6 speed box
