Which satnav?

Has anyone fitted one of those radios with the ‘pop-out’ satnav screens? Do they fit into the dash OK? Does the screen clear the centre air vents? Are they any good?

I fitted the Panasonic in our Z3 when we had it. Can not have screen up when heater is on unless you turn the vents off otherwise they tend to over heat as the vents on the Z3 blow directly onto the middle of the back of the screen

@gookah had one in his zed for a while. As @billz says they do fit and work but the centre vents are in the way so unless you have the screen folded in you can't use the vents.

my phone has Sygic satnav, and that does 'head-up display'

Great at night. invisible in daylight though
