I have a feeling that @Dino D has them in his car, IIRC the previous owner fitted them.

I have a set as fitted by Pangsterz3.
He fitted them to a spare cluster.
The needles were touching the Lockwood inserts a bit so they were removed before I picked up the car, still in the garage.
Reminds me, maybe I'll have a go at tweaking them and putting them back in.
The only thing I don't like is the Lockwood logo.

Here is write up from Pangsterz3:

I did have a similar thing when I fitted mine in the Eunos but a gentle tweek of the needle fixed that and TBH I think they looked good.

If that is the Pangsterz I think you are on about, I think he got baned from most forums, wish he was on here, great bloke.
Yes it is the same person, didn't know about any bans.

Great bloke who improved on a standard car to make the lovely Z that I bought from him and have enjoyed for 4yrs now and I am now improving further as you see in the other threads.
Based on his detailed and honest emails I bought the car unseen and got a great car.

I need to make journal at some point as so much has been done to it since (full facelift sport interior swap, extra wheels, subwoofer, facelift headlights etc) plus the new suspension, brakes and bushes and bits you see on my other thread.

Been a fun car to own and met some great people.

I've thought about fitting them on mine and just wondered how easy it was to do it. I've looked at some YouTube vids and it looks straight forward enough

Hi Garry, no I didn't mate. But I did a write up of removing the dials and stripping them down to be able to do it, easy to do. Fitting the White decals will probably be a bit fiddly but that's all.

Is the mileage reading in the memory of the instruments or the car computer ?
I've thought about buying a spare instrument pod but I want to retain my mileage reading, or is there a way to change it ?
