Will a grill from the Z3 work on the M roadster?

The little plastic pieces holding the kidney grill on my 2000 M Roadster have deteriorated and the grill won't stay in. So I'm going to buy a new grill and was wondering if I can use the same part of the one advertised for the Z3.
