Met a new local E89 owner on a recent meet, arranged to pop-out 'sometime'. Well, today was the day . . .

My usual road to The Strines is still closed for resurfacing, so took an alternate behind the Birds Edge Windmills and found a small look out point.

After Brunch at The Yonderman Cafe, back through Hope and Castleton, Winnats Pass to the turning circle at Blue John Cavern and the old road subsidence.

Then Chapel-en-le-Frith & Glossop, new Wingman had to peel off but have to take a last picture at Holme Moss.

Enjoyable way to spend a few hours on a Sunday !

Nothing wrong with 'orange' Alex , but I do like that dark blue/white seat colour combination on the E89.Glad you had a sunny trip.

Actually Ken I like his colour combo, and he does have the straight-6 engine too. Only had it 2 months, but apparently he appreciates having a roof on a car this time . . . Hope he likes the forum and decides to hop on in a bit . . .

They say that, but I haven't seen any discounts or price cuts at Wilkos. I wanted some Ronseal woodstain for our windows, but full price! Did a bit today, downstairs windows etc.
