Any competent, professional bodyshop will be able to help. Have you approached any? What have they said. Modern cars have lots of plastic panels (with lots of different types of plastic), front and rear bumper panels have been plastic for decades. A professional bodyshop is repairing and painting these panels every day of the week. Plastic repair using nitrogen plastic welders is now commonplace.

And as was explained in your previous thread on this, panels are available new, so that's probably the best way forward.

Z1, iirc, is made of fiberglass and all panels are removable with a socket set. Need a garage familiar with fiberglass work.

The side panels and doors are made of Xenoy thermoplastic. The bonnet, boot, and roof cover are GRP (fibreglass) components.

Interesting thanks for info. Do you know if a certain lacquer has to be used to repaint either of those materials contained in the bodywork? I had one panel re-sprayed at an authorised BMW dealership in Ascot and the finish was never right, always cloudy esp
After washing? Cheers
