Question for my more experienced fellow members. Can this part be removed and re-fitted without taking off the door card ?
The reason I'm asking is for a bit of guidance about this part before I do the job, in the interests of saving time.
I've replaced the door cards on a previous Z3 so that's no problem, but just wondering if it's necessary for this job. My passenger side weather strip had been bodged when I bought the car, must have leaked so the owner had filled it with some kind of sealer. So fitting a new one is one of the winter jobs I've got lined up.
Looks like the part wraps round both ends of the door.
Cheers,
Ken.

Thanks Sean, I know I can take it off easily, but what I wanted to know is, can I fit the new one without taking off the door card ? As I've got to do jobs on the drive it's useful to know what the job entails before starting .
