One of the lights for our heater controls has failed but I cannot see how the bulb comes out. I have gained access to the rear of the heater controls and found the bulb, I can remove the wiring but not sure if the bulb pulls out or twists out? Can any body help please.

I've mended the light in the heated seat switch. It must have been a loose connection because when I pushed the connector back on the switch after I pulled it out the lights work now.

I'm working my way through the little niggles.

Brian has the zed had a service? I seem to remember when I viewed the car the red service light was on.. I also remember one of the heated seat switches was faulty as you have stated.
It was a lovely colour.. Topaz.. Same as my 2.8 was s:mrgreen

Whats your plans for it? Any mods?

Hi z3cade

Yes it was serviced and Mot'd as part of the deal. The heated seat switch as above was just a loose connection but the drivers side seat pad doesn't seem to work but the back does so will have to investigate.

As for mods not sure yet, we bought it as a fun car (not getting any younger) well perhaps we are!! Mostly I want to give it some TLC, ie polish, clean and proof soft top, and generally maintain in good nick.

It's got to look good next to our E61 530d.
