Z3 stalling

Hi everyone i have a z3 which stalls when hot .it runs fine until it gets hot then stalls and misfires any ideas please Andy

The first thing to do is put a code reader on it.

Yup.

I had a 2.2 that did this.

It was a camshaft inlet sensor, or something like that.

As above, you'll need to get it code read.

2001 and a 2.2 ltr

Agree re code read but instinct says inlet cam sensor. My 2000 2.0 had same symptoms but didn't put EM light on.
