The car is being offered to forum members first before going on public sale after the weekend.

Many of you will have seen it at the northern meets and most recently Shepshed Watermill.

Dave who owns it does not post on here so I am doing this for him.

The Car: 2002 Phoenix S54 M roadster

96,000 miles

Full service history, the last service being an inspection 2 (due an oil service)

Exclusive hard top in black and gold

2 sets of Mroadster wheels with tyres, one in shadow chrome and one in black

Fitted with a Hamann stainless exhaust system, but does come with its original exhaust system.

The car, in case you’re wondering is the one which was previously owned by Norwegian Blue, the former creator of the S54 register.

Please contact me by PM in the first instance

I wont be selling mine any time soon:) But Dave has other interests.

He just has too many old cars and motorcycles, with another one arriving today!

Not sure if you saw the last Phoenix S54 go through auction or not. Went for around £20k IIRC, but that included auction fees as well...

Hard to put a price on a car this lovely, but I'd guess somewhere between £16-18k depending on how keen he is to shift it.

I had no idea they were that expensive. He is keen to sell so someone could get a bargain if they are good to go. I suppose the market will decide in the end.

This shouts rarity value as there were only 2 in this colour if I recall - as if there only being 70 or so S54's in the UK anyway. Like all things it's whatever someone is willing to pay for it. I guess the mileage may put some off though.

For sure it probably is, but as with all things it depends on how long you want to hold out for that 20k...

Yeah agree it's not collector status but a car that rare and in that condition will make its premium.

A lot of speculation on pricing here, not sure I agree with the high prices, the car lovely but has 96k miles in it, a S54 sold at auction last month with a similar mileage for less than 10k including fees. It would be a lot easier if a price was added, people could then decide if they are interested or not.

But that's the problems with auctions leaving you unable to gauge market prices. Sounds like someone got a bargain though which is good for them, and bad for the seller.

As you say, a guide price would be helpful ;)
