Saw this today at Clevedon 'Coffee and Cars'.
Looks in fine condition
Not seen one before, turns out only 167 RHD made. I'd say thats a rare car
If you are local this is a pretty good morning out. Lots of lovely machines to ogle, live music, people like to chat about there cars, etc etc:thumbsup:

Unless you are after only the rararity factor then I would recommend a Z4M rather than an Alpina. Just an opinion.

I have never driven a Z4 Alpina, but if they are like other Alpinas; a very different car to an 'M'.
I have said it before, if you like a BMW then everybody should try an Alpina (of some description). They are different in a very good way! :)

I was referring more to parts availability and cost to be honest, and yes I've tried one and won't go there again.

Thanks for the tip.
It's out of the question at the minute as I already have a 3.0i and a 2.8i.

Interesting how opinions vary on the Alpina though. Inevitable really cos we all like different things don't we.
I'm never gonna pile loads of miles on my 'weekend' drive so something rare is not a bad idea.(except for costs) :(

I will probably sell my 2.8i this year, than maybe have a look around.
Some tempting cars out there at very tempting prices.
