Z4 Satnav.

My Z4 has the useless sat nav with the flip up screen, My first question is if I want to make this redundant firstly can I change the head unit to one that comes with none sat nav and still retain all the MPG Figures, ect as currently shown on the flip up screen? I believe these are shown in a small window of the head unit that comes with Z4 without flip up screen, I want to remove the screen in the flip up and replace it with a tablet as here,

but don't want to loose the function of the BMW screen?

I like the sound of this but I still use my sat nav a lot, specially when driving round Europe. Wonder if both functions could still be used.

Did you find out if the head unit could be changed to one without satnav?
