Yes they will fit. The rears are Z3m spec with 10mm spacers, the fronts are slightly differnet offset but the right way and would just need a 10mm rather than the normal 7mm spacer.
19inch will definately fit a Z3 (look for DaveP's coupe on the Z3m coupe forum which has these fitted without the spoke inserts) as with the correct profile tyres the rolling radius is identical to an 18inch wheel so makes no difference to clearance.
Its common that people assume larger alloys mean a larger wheel but fitted correctly (ie lower profile tyres) the overall rolling radius with tyres fitted should remain almost identical.
So the real question re clearance is not alloy size dependant on radius but more on width and offset ;-)
Edit: I just remembered DaveP had his coupe fitted with larger spacers due to clearance issue with his Big brake kit so more recent pictures are a little misleading as to how they will look to the arches.
