You've done yourself proud there Tony. Excellent workPrepare to go dizzy then Ian @Redline here are the results of another busy afternoon in the Z shed.
The first thing to do was remove the masking tapeView attachment 27580 and see if the adhesive had done it's job, happy to say it is rock solid.
Next, start to refit the callipers and then a run in to work to borrow the pressure bleeder to change the brake fluid, which didn't look as though it had been done in it's 13 years, very dark colour, the new stuff is almost clear!.

About now was a good time for a final coat on the callipers for the parts that are easily seen from outside. Next it was time for the wheels to go on, been looking forwards to this bit !

last 2 pictures of the spoiler after a quick coat of polish to remove finger marks, looking good I reckon.

After a wash and polish tomorrow I'll post some pictures of it in all it's splendour. Been a hard 3 days but worth it in the end. I'll go back to work for a rest.

The blue is a real good match with the silver disc centres,I'm impressed .

Quality job mate. Looks goodHere you go Mike @EnthuZiaZT , today's hard labour in pictures. After last night's removal, first job today to remove slider bushes and clean all 4 callipers and carriers, what dusty horrible job. Nice to get that out of the way.

After a run to work to pick up my Torque wrench and some brake cleaner, I washed them all down with brake cleaner and after they were dried they got a coat of red oxide.
View attachment 27500 That'll dry nicely over night. Next came the back plates. I wasn't too sure on what to do here so tried one thing, didn't like it, so I did this.

The runs don't matter as they're behind the disc out of sight.

I almost forgot to mask the handbrake shoes!, that could have been costly. Last night I noticed the front pads weren't worth putting back so when I went for the Red oxide paint I got some new Mintex pads, Oh, and another tin of Clear coat for the insides of the wheels.
Last thing for today, the first coat of silver on the disc hubs, more coats tomorrow as required.

And, not a coloured calliper in sight!
