UPDATE 23RD JULY.

Hi everyone sorry taken so long to get back onto this just ended up being a lot happening in our lives this year that we weren't planning on and as such have not managed to get away to recce the route that i had planned for so because of this we are just going to fall back on an old favourite route ( or a variation of)

So the current plan is to run the 2020 route
And as such base will be Connel we are going to stay at the Falls of Lora (again) there are a number of other hotel and Airbnb in the local area as i understand that the Falls may not suit everyone's requirements.

As Peter @B21 has rightly said time is a ticking so need to get this all off the ground now.

Route and Stop details will be coming soon ( but 2020 will give idea of potential routes) but in first instance need to sort out the accommodation side.

Lynne has spoken to the Falls i have a list of whats aavailable
I will set up a separate hotel thread just now with details.

As this route / area we are already covering on a Z4 Forum bash 2 weeks before this bash which I’ve organised much earlier and not knowing what the mystical 3 Zroadster routes this year would be I’m sadly not attending…

No problem fully understand…I’m in the fortunate position to have too much time so plan my life (what’s remaining of it)..early on…

Our 2026 Iberian Zed trip has already been planned…ferries booked and first hotels already booked with over 10 months to go…

@bertiejaffa Gutted Lee wont be same without as you guys have been on so many of the Autumn runs you will be missed.

But all the best with your new job hopefully a step up the way to help with your 14k engine rebuild for the porsche that the Welsh garage thinks you need

Just seems to have been one thing after another Lynne and i both have had times where health issues seemed to be taking over we had to get one of my treasured Maine Coons put down was gutted about that the list goes on just seems to have been one of them years.

Your not wrong Peter the weather has been decent this year in South Ayrshire but life has been a bit of a downpour
But in the end you just need to get on with it as unfortunately time waits for no-one
