Hi Guy's,

I joined UK BMWCC last year and saved myself a small fortune after having some Illuminated door sills fitted to my E89 at a dealership, they look fantastic as well. I also managed to get my car featured in the Z car of the month, fame at last

Well worth the money if you ask me!

It was nice to actually see the who of the BMG mean machine at Santa Pod too.. I was beginning to think it was just a rear on a framework..

You know what Mark, I have yet to find one club member who came across as a "snob". I go to many club events anually and have yet to meet anyone who I haven't been able to talk to.

You should try getting out to more of the regional club events. We've had some great events and I've met some really interesting people through them.

Gary, I might try and get to the Wessex meets.. The one near Basingstoke looks interesting. Have you been to it ?

Ok, once I find out the date.. Apparently its something like the third Thursday in the month.. and is held in a pub just south west of Basingstoke.. Wessex meet.. sounds like a bit of fun..

BMWCCA for the last 25 years or so... Local chapter as well, but they aren't so active to my interests.

Been a BMWCC Member for just over a year, good quality magazine and discounts.

Haven't met anyone that can put me in touch with them here but to be honest I haven't made much of an effort being a member here. Don't frequent the big city lights unless I have to but would be nice once in a while. Getting to meetings would be a 2 1/2 hr round trip so not likely to attend. Haven't needed discounts since buying as I've only put on a set of tires and two rear bulbs since 2014 and I knew the tires were crap when I bought it. JIM
