Hello,

Back by popular demand is the BMW HQ at Farnborough, Breakfast roll and chat followed by a lovely run out over the South Downs. Address is Summit ONE, Summit Ave, Farnborough GU14 0FB.

I have arranged the BMW HQ for the starting point with breakfast rolls and a drink. I will need to know if you want Bacon or a Veg option as well as what car you will be bringing Z3 / Z4 / Other.. ( We have a multi-storey for you guys ). This is needed so that BMW can arrange the catering. If you put your names down and change your mind, can you please let me know rather than BMW cook more food than is needed. Thank you.

Start time will be assembly from 09:15 leaving the HQ from about 10.30 onwards in groups of no more than 8 per group. So I will need some volunteers to lead the other groups too please.

Route will be posted as soon as it is confirmed.

The grouping below is not the final groups, it is to give myself an idea of numbers.

I have had a chat with Goodwood and parking in the inner area reserved for us will be £3.60 thats £3 plus vat per car. I have to pay in advance too, so are people happy with this ?

@N4LLY Goodwood is the end stop. Parking in the inner part of the circuit in the garage area, Hence why we have to pay for parking in advance. You can then look around the area and walk to the Control Tower Cafe for a bit of a chat over a coffee. If you wish to organise the goodwood afternoon tea please feel free, be warned though about the cost and the other charges. I know, I looked into it.

@Merlot I will add you to the list. If you can PM me with regarding to parking. Also can you please clarify, ' one without ' is that one for a veg option ?

Sorry @pgunter and all but Debs and I will need to bail out on this one. Gutted having been for the last two years. Something has come up so we need to be in North Yorks that weekend. Hope all goes well please use my parking Paul for someone else of into the kitty.

@Si sorry to hear that. I will make sure the parking goes to an appropriate person. The event looks like its shaping up to be an annual thing as BMW are very happy with the way it runs. So maybe I will be putting you down for 2018 then.

Reminder for all those who have not paid for parking. If you want to park with us in the inner track area of Goodwood I need your payment via PayPal ASAP as I have to pay for it in advance. If I do not receive payment you will not be able to park with the rest of us as its all booked prior to the day.
