Hotel booked got the £49.50..showing at £80.00 Online so ta for the deal !!!
So see you all sat for a BEER..Engine warning light came on again yesterday....but not on today so not sure if I should book it back into the garage but its driving well.....funny ole cars lol ps hard top is going on this weekend sure we will be in for some stick..

@bruce&kim there are also a number of menu's that the hotel hold for local takeaways that deliver to the hotel which means that you are not stuck with the Harvester which is the one 50 yards away. Also there is a possibility that David Frith from the BMW Car Club GB (the Chairman) may be arranging a local Indian that we can decamp to I have concerns about this and am asking for clarifications and how we sort logistics at the moment. There are a few from the Car club joining us at the hotel.
Darren posted the Car Club thread at the beginning of August and they now have 41 cars for the event plus us so we should be able to make a nice display.
I have also asked the hotel for a parking area to be set aside for us and I have asked the guys from the club that are joining us to park together leaving the Zeds together like we had for Silverstone and will confirm when I get the nod. (I have had the nod back from the hotel they will put out cones like they did for Silverstone to reserve an area for us)
Oh and I forgot to tell everyone that the rooms have been refurbished since Silverstone. (I did not think they needed it but apparently they have been refurbished)
For anyone that meeting Sunday Morning at the hotel there is an option for you to have Breakfast at the hotel they charge a set fee which by memory (please don't curse me if I remember it wrong I think it is elsewhere in the thread) is £6.00 per head if your not staying at the hotel.

Quick update. I recounted my concerns to David and he has also decided that we are better off staying within walking distance of the hotel there is the Campanile as well as the harvester and there is also a pub in walking distance apparently as well. For me I think I will be doing a ordered in takeaway. We have reserved the downstairs room as a breakout room for David (chairman of the BMW Car Club GB) to talk about the changes to the BMW Car Club which everyone is welcome to attend on Saturday evening.
Just a reminder that the breakfast is available from 6:30 am for anyone that is interested as I forgot to say that earlier.

If you are attending for the weekend, then the gates open at 8am on Saturday morning and your club stand can be accessed from this time also.
The gates will open at 7am on Sunday for club members.
All vehicles must have their vehicle pass displayed in the window prior to arriving on site so that the marshals can direct them quickly.

Tony I am not sure what the Question marks are but it may be that because I am on a Mac I can't see them can you let me know what they are please? I suspect they are layout diagrams. on my machine the show up after "Marketing & Communications – Santa Pod Raceway" and then at the end.
