Nice one mate. Looks like your feeling a bit better then. :)
I do feel a bit more like myself to be honest Dave, thanks.

Looking good, be interested to hear how they are performing after a week or so once they are fully bedded in. Did you paint the backs of the pads or did you get different ones to the earlier post you showed of them in a picture?

Great job Tony. Open wheels have got to have clean brakes as you can see so much of them. I have the Mtec discs on mine and can not fault them so far

Too much choice, I might continue my asymmetric theme and go yellow one side and blue on the other...or different color per corner just so I know which is which :)

Now the brakes are well bedded in I can report that I am highly satisfied with the improved stopping power from the M-Tec discs and EBC pads. I cleaned the car last weekend and after using the car for work all week there doesn't appear to be very much brake dust at all, @g8jka

Thanks mate, ordered pads last week but Demon Tweeks decided not to post them until Friday night, should have been here Thursday. Been painting the calipers today and got the front discs on ready for the new pads. Rears will may have to wait as the carrier bolts look like there not going to budge easily, like the fronts were

I had to use a 30" breaker bar and an impact socket to crack mine loose mate. A bit OTT at the factory I reckon.

I'll hit it with the impact gun first, if not a breaker bar hopefully they will come loose. Might be a job for @gookah as I have a habit of rounding these off, or worse not tightening them up enough so it works loose, flies out and rotates the carrier scoring the wheel all the way round  in the fast lane on the motorway. I was pretty lucky that day!
