Not much, unless you keep going out to film it just so you can watch it when you get back.def on the to do list, i wonder how much fuel do these cams use

@Rha, this is one (of many) video's we shot in and around the Disney Area last September using a better quality camera which we bought over there, it does compare favourably with the one I use here to be fair.

Great clarity, good lens on cam and the weather must help, amazing place Tony looks so clean and well kept. Do they use dash cams a lot over there.
Someone has to do it! In fact it isn't the max anymore. They just extended trailers to accept another 6 pallets. (3+3) The supermarkets are starting to use. We don't have any yet but I'm sure they'll turn up at some point.60ft, is that the max these days Dave, didn't realise we had a trucker among us.

@Rha, to be honest Roy we had to look around for the best part of a day to find a place that sold them. We found 3 on Orange Blossom Trail and bought this one from a store which into customising ie wheels stereo's etc. They aren't yet a common thing in the US but you can bet your bottom dollar they will catch on fast in the future in the " Where there's blame there's a claim" culture.

None that I found Sean, I took a feed from the switched ignition live, same as I have in the Z4, auto on and off for the dash cam mate.

Has any one used any of the dashcam apps available for your smartphone?
No, but while we're a little OT here, a kid at work has a HUD app on his phone which he says works very well. Just requires a phone rest the point it up to the scree.

The camera I have is 1080 FHD, what does it mean, I'm assuming its a higher resolution then 1080i
Same res as hd it just stands for Full HD needs alot of memory to record at the resolution all the time

Just looked on the website and its 160 minutes at the highest res
Thats what i got for mine a next base camera but it eats data from full format @ 1080 it its just over 1.5
hours before it starts to rewrite over itself.
