Just clicked these as I was browsing the bay

I know they are not genuine as they are 18" and no recess for the ///M emblem.....but they might look good on zebedee......tyres are new with around 100 miles on them.....quick refurb should sort them ....

I've never seen any until yesterday when I was browsing eBay......think I'm going for shadow chrome finish but I'm no expert so open to comments, ideas

I'm down on the south coast on holiday and they were only 23 miles away......just had to take the chance, quality looks great and made in Italy

Great buy Topperz :)

I've got an odd one of these 18" wheels in the shed, the quality is really very good, it belongs to Pcsam must get it back to him.

Hi all
Well the wheels are now home so refurb time is approaching

Just some thoughts on tyre size as I'm going to put new ones on....possibly Michelin PS2

I'm thinking 225x40x18 fronts and 245x35x18 rears.....

Should I be good to go with these sizes with the ET35 offset on 8"rims

Will I still get my 20mm spacers on the rear?

Any help appreciated

Also testing the water on my staggered softline alpinas with near new bridgestones all round as no space to store them

Did we ever get the rim widths for these posted?

225/40 are perfect for an 8" rim, and will be "stretched" on a 8.5". I've run both sizes and had no issues.

An 8.5" rim should run 255/35 (or /40) ideally, but not much between the two sizes really.

You might be alright with a 20mm spacer on the rear i run one with a et35 off set but my rims are 7.5j they stick out marginally with the tread under but at 8j its another 6mm this may be alittle too much but its your preference.

Not sure if this helps

Looks good to me Brian but I'm no expert....it's the 245x35x18 rears I'm more concerned ....I'm not to fussed about the spacers as long as I get no scrubbing of the tyres without them...I can play about with the spacers after the tyres are on

I personally don't think you should go for 245's on an 8" rim, as they would be wider than the rim.

All I can say is that the 8" fronts on my current set of wheels are running 225, which is what BMW fitted to them as standard.
